Enhance International Education (EIE) is committed to enhancing the English language proficiency of students aspiring to pursue higher education in the United States or in their home countries.

EIE consultants have years of experience and an outstanding portfolio of expertise in developing proposals and business plans for the establishment of an Intensive English Language Program, ESL faculty hiring, evaluation and training, diagnostic testing and curriculum review and development, learning assessments, and program evaluation in Turkey, Thailand, Japan, and other countries. EIE is also working with select US universities that can be engaged in this initiative pending the scope and needs of the project.
